We are unsure how he is with dogs but he was raised with his best friend Gypsy who is also available for adoption and although they are not a perfect pair, it is hopeful that they can be adopted together so that the transition is easy for the two of them. Children should be at least 7 years old in the home. Tobby is calm, outgoing, cuddly as well as gentle, relaxed and friendly. He has an independent side but also is quite playful. His playstyle is gentle as a lamb. He really likes the spinning ball toy. Tobby can be slow to adjust but he warms up quickly and just needs time, love and maybe a few treats to get him to warm up. He is quite laid back and likes to chill out next to or near you and he also loves his tummy rubs. His previous owners said that he likes to "sing" at night, so he is quite the entertainer. His ideal home would be a spacious house or apartment with tons of windows that he can look out of and where he can also get all the love and attention he deserves. In his new relaxed household his previous owners feel it would be ideal to have small dogs and/or cats that are also calm, cozy, low key and laid back. Tobby loves tuna but is not to fond of water. He doesn't like baths but he does love being brushed. Tobby is looking for a family to share his life with and in return you will be rewarded with unconditional love. He is hoping that he can share that home with his best friend and companion Gypsy who is alsoavailable for adoption at the Placer SPCA.
