Introducing one of the six, Ounce Link is a beautiful female Seal Lynx Point Spotted Bengal kitten and is now officially available.
Born on July 27, Link is a gorgeous Seal Lynx Point Spotted Bengal. She looks just like her mom with a beautiful head, big blue eyes, nice whisker pads, and lovely ear placement.
Her coat is stunning and will continue developing and month by month. Rosettes are a combination of arrowheads and donuts. Her coat is so soft to the touch.
Link is our purromatic. She loves to cuddle and can be found in someone's lap.

About Our Name
The snow leopard (also known as ?ounce?) is a moderately large cat native to the mountain ranges of Central Asia. Why were snow leopards originally called ounce? Research believes it might come from Latin: luncea which means lynx. In French the word became lonce which was altered over time to l?once because French speakers thought the ?L? meant ?the?. We thought Ounce quite appropriate for our majestic bengal cats.
About Bengals
Bengals are absolutely fascinating cats. They have extremely exotic looks accompanied by wild personalities.
Bengals are fully domesticated animals, but the looks come from their origination from a hybrid of the Asian Leopard Cat (ALC) and a domestic cat through a breeding program started by Jean Mill of Millwood Bengals.
Breeding Program
Our extreme love for bengal cats and a passion for sustaining the bengal breed led to the opening of Ounce Cattery.
We breed for temperament (kid friendly and personality rich) as well as correct type (wild essence, great muscular body and thick tails).
We started our bengal breeding program in xxxx with the goal of breeding Silver (Black) Spotted Bengals and Brown (Black) Spotted Bengals. In xxxx, with the addition of SimplySimes LesisMore, Ounce Cattery has added Seal Lynx Point Spotted Bengals! With our two homegrown Ounce kittens now adults, we are excited about our breeding program!!
Caring for our bengals include ensuring a FeLV/FIV negative cattery, annual check-ups for our breeders, Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) testing, Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PK Def) testing, annual screening of our breeding pairs for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) by a board certified cardiologist and making sure their environment is fun, safe, and sanitary.
