Vintage Krosnos Jozefina (rare style) Yellow Vase in Roseville, California For Sale

Vintage Yellow (frosted glass?), bulb/bloom, swirled design, with ruffled top, Krosnos Jozefina Vase. Size is 6" tall, and 18" around the body. I have done research online to find this item, and could not find one like it anywhere! It is an old item, and it does have a couple scratch marks on one side (see pics below).
