Eames-style (not real Eames) Leather Chair and Ottoman in Roseville, California For Sale

This is a very nice leather Eames style (but not real Eames) brown leather chair and ottoman. They have some wear, but very comfortable and sturdy.
I'm getting a lot of offers already, so I don't think I priced this high enough. If you're interested, please give me your highest bid and I'll sell it the highest bidder. This is turning into a bidding war. I didn't realize this chair was so popular.
So far, the highest offer is $300. I just did a little research and discovered this is not a real Eames, but still a very nice chair, so any of you who have made offers, I understand if you want to retract your offers.
I will be busy until about 1 pm today (Sunday March 3), so I will make a deadline of 1 o'clock. If you'd like to make an offer over that amount, you have until then. I'll be able to meet whoever gets the high bid anytime after 2 pm this afternoon.
